Thank you for visiting our practice. We are licensed clinicians who provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups; and training, supervision, and consultation to mental health professionals. Our emphasis is in serving the QTBIPOC (i.e., queer, trans, black, indigenous, and/or people of color) communities. Our building and practice is located on Unceded Coast Salish Territories of the Duwamish People and therefore, we contribute monthly towards Real Rent Duwamish. Clinical Services
Individual Therapy
We provide ongoing individual therapy to adolescents (13+) and adults struggling with a wide range of presenting concerns.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
We provide therapy to people in relationship(s) seeking to improve, deepen, open up, or end their relationships in a compassionate and connecting way.
Gender Affirming Care
We provide gender affirming care for gender non-confirming, transgender and/or non-binary clients, including standalone evaluations and surgery support letters for gender affirming procedures.
Group Therapy
Groups can be a powerful way of healing, connecting, and knowing about oneself and others. We provide support and process therapy groups around a range of topics and shared experiences.
