Interconnections Healing Center (IHC) is a mental health group practice that is deeply rooted in our anti-oppressive and social justice values. We strive to provide culturally responsive services to our community, with an emphasis on our QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities. We provide a broad range of services, including individual, couples/relationship, and group counseling to adults and adolescents; supervision, training and/or mentorship for all mental health clinicians; psychological assessment for adults; and workshops, programming, and consulting for organizations. Our therapists are relational and process-oriented and our leadership is collaborative and transparent. We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our organization. This applicant will hold a social justice, anti-oppression lens in their clinical work and possess a demonstrated commitment to the QTBIPOC community. The Licensed Clinician will be reporting to the Director, Dr. Agnes Kwong.

Job Description and Duties
- Perform professional and ethical clinical services to clients. Full-Time clinicians are asked to provide at least 25 clinical hours per week, which means scheduling 26-28 clients per week
- Reliable attendance and timely arrival to sessions
- Adherence to all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics (i.e., APA, ACA)
- Respond to client requests for services or calls in a timely manner
- Provide case management and coordinate with other providers for appropriate client care as needed
- Consult with Director or Clinical Director about crisis situations as appropriate; consult with other professionals to coordinate care as needed
- Timely completion of electronic health records and other administrative tasks
- Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings
- When eligible, provide at least one hour of supervision to trainees or associate
- Masters degree or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology or social work
- Active WA license (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, and associate level therapists)
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality mental health services
- Experience serving the QTBIPOC community
- Demonstrated commitment towards professional growth in areas of social justice, diversity, oppression, and/or in working with diverse, underserved communities (e.g., workshop, CEUs)
- 1000+ supervised clinical hours, 550 of which are direct clinical service hours
- Full and active licensure in the State of Washington
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in counseling or clinical psychology, or at least two years of post-licensure experience
- WA Approved Supervisor
- Prior experience in a private practice setting
- Experience and training in couples/relationship counseling and group therapy
- Experience and/or training in psychological assessment
- Experience and training in working with trauma
- Experience and training in integrating a somatic approach (e.g., Somatic Experiencing, EMDR)
- Experience and/or training in clinical supervision
- Experience in workshop, programming, and consulting with organizations
- Competitive Salary that is based on a percentage of service fees. With retirement matching, clinicians can take home up to 64%, a highly competitive rate for group practice employees. Based on experience and time with IHC, the range in salary is $75 – $125K.
